Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sapphire & Family. Please review this policy before purchasing so expectations are clear.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Return requests made after 30 days may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached where applicable, and in its original packaging. Items showing wear, stains, odors, damage, alteration, or missing parts may be refused.

How to Start a Return

Email sapphire4family@gmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back. Items sent without a return request may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method because we cannot issue a refund for items we do not receive.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, gift cards, intimate apparel, swimwear with hygiene liners removed, opened personal-care items, and items marked non-returnable may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement once the return is approved.

Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has started processing or shipped.
