Sapphire & Family currently ships to United States shipping addresses through checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 2 to 5 business days before shipment. Processing may take longer during busy periods, supplier delays, holidays, or when additional order verification is needed.
Estimated Delivery
Many items are fulfilled by supplier or warehouse partners. Estimated delivery is commonly 7 to 20 business days after shipment, depending on the product, carrier, warehouse, and destination. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Multiple Shipments
If your order includes items from different suppliers or warehouses, items may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email after the order ships. Tracking may take 24 to 72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Shipping Delays
Carrier delays, weather, customs, supplier processing, address issues, holidays, and high-volume periods can affect delivery. We will help review tracking information when available, but carrier and supplier timelines may be outside our control.
